I felt like I had tried it all and that I was destined to stay where I was forever. I know the struggle of loving who you are but wanting better for yourself, and I am LIVING PROOF that it’s possible when you approach this journey the right way! I want to help you realize you can do it too!

Online coaching was always my dream because it would allow me to reach the widest amount of people and help people inside and outside of my local community! I want to be able to provide the BEST coaching experience for my clients in a personal and affordable way! Online coaching allows for the most flexibility without having to be there in person and I KNOW how important flexibility is to remain consistent and successful. FAQ

Common questions we get

Can I workout from home?

Yes, you can choose to workout from home or gym. It all depends on your preference.

What if I don't know how to do the exercise?

No worries at all, that’s what we’re here for! Each plan will have videos on what the exercise should look like and cues from your coach to ensure you’re working the right muscles and preventing injury. Should you have further questions, your coach is a message away in the chat.

Do you work with dietary preferences?

Yes, we want you to enjoy the food and feel like you’re not missing out on living your life. Our big thing is we’re anti-diet. All plans are from scratch so we work with any detail you give us.

What if don't want to use the recipes?

Totally fine! We actually welcome you, eating out, finding foods you’re excited about, the recipes are just for inspiration, but if you follow them, you can rest-assured you’ll be in the correct macros to see results. We’ll teach you about calories and macros to ensure you hit each day and we’ll adjust them according to where you are at.

Do you offer month to month?

It takes about 3 months to see visual progress and month is about the time it takes to really make sure
calories/macros/activity level is in the correct place for your goals so 1 month is not enough time for me to get you in a place
where you’re seeing results.

What happens when I meet my commitment?

Once you reach your minimum commitment, your program will automatically renew on a month to month basis, unless a 30- day cancellation is given prior to the final month.​

Do I have to pay up front?

All programs are paid on monthly payment structures. You do have the option to pay upfront, but it is not required. We are willing to work with you should any issue arise or if Bi-weekly payments make more sense for your budget. Stuff happens and we just want to support you in the best way possible.

How do I cancel my program?

I’d love it if you stick with me, but understand things come up. Should you need to end your subscription after you’ve
concluded your commitment, please log into the App and send me a 30-day Notice of Cancellation. I do offer pauses if you need a break as well. Ultimately, I’d love for you to stick around! PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL, our email is strictly outgoing.

How often are the plans updated?

Meal plans will be updated monthly. Training plans will stay the same for at least 1-2 months at a time to prioritize progressive overload, your coach and I will be in touch to communicate our plan as we use our expertise to do what’s best for your results. It’s impossible for you to grow and track progress if I am constantly changing the exercises.
